What would you be doing …!?
ECHO has pioneered a range of exciting provisions for young people – and as a Youth Worker you’d get to be a part of these - their delivery, development, and growth.
Things like an After-School Youth Cafe, Sports Outreach, Young People’s Worship Band, Summer Activity Sessions, and Events - providing opportunities for young people to explore, grow in, and share, life and faith!
And . . . we don’t do this alone! We have a great mix of people (paid, volunteers, and young people) which means we can play to our strengths, and share the work.
With Greater Didcot continuing to expand, we’re keen to be growing our team, and growing our reach! God has good plans for this place - and we’re passionate about being part of it!

ECHO's heart is to bring young people together to discover, and share, life in all its fullness! And, we have a lot of fun doing so!
ECHO was born out of a shared vision for churches across the Greater Didcot (Oxfordshire) area working together to serve the spiritual, social, physical, and emotional needs of local young people; providing opportunities for them to discover 'life to the full'.
To help with this, we have a range of opportunities for young people to engage with, things like an after-school Youth Cafe, sports outreach, events, and get-togethers, where young people can have fun, build friendships, and explore life and faith together.
